Roles we're recruiting

Frontend devs comfortable with Next.js 16, Tailwind, and the Solana wallet adapter
Full-stack devs who can ship a self-contained tool (think the Tools sidebar / Brackets surface)
Web designers who can lay out brand-aligned landing pages and microsites in our voice
Devs comfortable inside the Mononomicon (Nx, TypeScript strict, conventional commits)

Your Bobo persona becomes a Studios creator profile
A spotlight slot on /studios + the wallet popover
Tipping enabled day one (USDC, SOL, $BOW)
Cross-post to the social feed when you publish
Eligibility for the $BOW creator pool at token launch

Pitch the studio.

Email goes straight to Grip. Include a portfolio link, a short pitch (~3 sentences), and which Bobo persona you'd publish under. Roles are admin-approved per discipline once applications land.
